The easiest way that I can explain how healing energy can be sent from a distance, is to equate it with something we use every day- CELL PHONES! There are three things that happen in either process for an energy exchange to happen. Let’s get into it! #1. Intention

When we intend to communicate with someone that is not within our reach. We simply call them! Right? The same thing happens when sending healing energy from a distance. When we intend to connect, we send out a signal! Intention is the beginning of it all!

#2. Connection and Openness to Receive

When someone gives you a ring, a little name pops up and then you have a choice to connect with that person or not. If you want to connect, you simply press the button. In energy work, I often tell someone that when they are ready to receive they simply say, “I am open to receive healing energy for my highest good.” This is comparable to pressing that button and establishing a connection!

#3. MAGIC!!

When the connection is made…..MAGIC happens! I say magic because these invisible waves of energy are sent, that transfers to a sound or an image on a phone screen. Like what?! Mind blowing really. I feel the same about healing energy. Once the connection is made, energy transfers to another person (no matter the distance). Although the energy is undetectable with our eyes (for most) most people can feel it being sent. A lot of times people get very relaxed, a majority fall asleep, feel heat or different sensations, pain can go away, heavy emotions lifted, etc… Truly magical and miraculous things can happen.

Above is such a simplified version of a really complex process. At some point, I do believe that science will catch up with the spiritual practice of energy work. There will be some intricate mathematical equation to explain how this transfer occurs.
