When we become stuck in our stories, our energy becomes stagnant. Instead of a flowing stream we get cut off from everything coming in our direction.

Recently while sitting in meditation, I simply observed all of these stories of my past that I was hanging on to. It was old pains, wounds, and suffering as well as some pretty magical things. These “stories” good and bad may be a part of my experience this go around but they are not who I am. I am supposed to learn and grow from them. They are only a part of “the story” this lifetime. I have more to experience. When I was able to realize this, I got a downpour of energy throughout my being that reminded me of my true essence. It gave me a moment to realize that I could create any story I wanted for myself. The water began flowing through what was once blocked and spirit told me exactly what I was to do next. Divine creative energy was sparked inside. A beginning to a new.

The point of my story is to inspire others to remove these energetic blocks naturally by simply getting so deep in the moment that you let go of all the past, which allows divine to go through you. Doing something creative inspires the new. While meditation is not everyone’s gig you can get in the moment through creating art, walking and seeing the beauty around, cooking, writing, dancing, doodling,etc… Use the power of creative energy.

The more you can get into the flow of the now, the easier it will be to move into the future. Create your own story. Dream it. Envision it. Feel it! Tell yourself exactly what you want. And watch it begin to flow to you.
