This past weekend I went to Omaha, Nebraska to do in-person appointments. The week before was a little slice of hell. Honestly I was unsure I would make it because of all the life stuff that hit. As always, I’m so grateful I did. It upped my vibration, I met some really cool people, and my appointments went really well. What I do is my calling and I’m truly happy while “at work”.

Anyways back to dark shit, lol. I had a lot of time while driving to think. As I traveled back into my story and tried to connect the dots to where I am today and the week of hell, I revisited a lot of darkness. It’s funny how they say “dark night of the soul”. I’m on my second “dark night of the soul” journey and it’s more like “dark night for years”. I mean lets quit sugar coating it for people. It’s not one night of pure hell, it’s like maybe a few months to a few years. If you are healing you will go through lots of freaking darkness. It will feel like it is never ending, it will suck, and you may want to die. Like for real. This is why most people do not choose to look at themselves so deeply. It’s WORK!!

But on the flip side, it will be worth it when you find your light in the pitch black that consumes you. And that is exactly what the universe wanted me to remember!!! The universe is always speaking to us if we choose to listen. Here is my message below….

After arrival, I made a cup of tea and the message was perfect. “Without the darkness, you would never know light”. Thank you universe! I have to remember that darkness has opened my capacity to hold and feel more light and love. It will do the same for anyone who is brave enough to sit in it and see it through. Furthermore ignoring the darkness and only treading in love and light, is unhealthy! It’s like lying to yourself. It is extremely healthy to make a safe space for you to process heavy emotions and negativity.

Lets just take a quick look at places where darkness is important….

1.) The womb

2.)The soil

3.) The vast universe

Darkness is all around whether we like it or not. It holds the most fertile grounds for birth, growth, and expansion. If anything else I hope people in this stage can look at this and change their perspective on the importance of the stage. Yes you may want to catapult ahead of this stage but if you do you miss certain aspects that are needed for the final result.

Final Results…

1.) A creation or a child

2.) A beautiful flower or plant

3.) Stars, galaxies

Just a reminder that we don’t have to stay stuck forever. Use the darkness. Expand your light!
