Reiki Session
A Japanese stress-reduction technique that promotes relaxation, balance, and deep healing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Wellness and Integration
Vibroacoustic Sound Lounge- experience deep relaxation and cellular resonance through sound and vibration
Living As Light Membership- $25 a month. Embody your spiritual energy through a nourishing practice that encourages you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and support your own healing journey. Includes a monthly meditation, seasonal energetic movement and breathwork practice, as well as an online monthly Reiki circle.
