Left- Have you ever felt like black clouds were surrounding you and you were just getting hit by rain over and over again? Know that the storm is now passing and life is going to feel lighter. All the storms and rain were a purifying moment in time so that you could grow and be born anew. What helps you feel happier and healthier? Start incorporating that into your everyday life so that you may continue to go in a direction that serves your inner flame! Affirmation-” I am an eternal flame. And each day, my light grows brighter.”

Middle- It is time to align your heart and what is inside, with your outside world. What areas of your life still need attention? Love, finances, family, purpose,etc… What is your heart telling you about that area? We are here as a soul living in a body. Alignment with our heart allows our soul to experience this human existence abundantly and bring our own unique essence into the world! Abundance on all levels is open for you. Affirmation- “I am spiritually and financially abundant. I provide heaven and earth for myself.”

Right- My 3 year old daughter has been obsessed with eggs lately. She has been finding bird eggs outside and building a nest for them, holding them, and telling them nice things. She wants the egg to hatch so badly so the baby comes out. Her heart is absolutely in the right place but her patience level and appreciate for stages is not really there. (I can’t say I blame her.) Long story short the egg breaks or cracks. Wherever you are on your journey know you are in the exact place you are supposed to be. We cannot rush things, everything happens just as it should. If we push too hard, we get cracks or breaks. Be patient and be loving towards your egg (you)! Watch yourself or whatever intention you have, grow and eventually bust out of that shell when you are able to love yourself and the journey. Affirmation-“I am the force of an ever-expanding love.”
