Left- The Child in us brings such innocence and joy into life. I think it is sometimes difficult to be an adult and keep that childlike energy. In a sense we can become so hardened. However it is totally a choice. If nothing else pick a day this week, where you try to see the world from the eyes of a child. Let life be a mystery or an adventure that you are here to explore. I always talk about healing and working on self but we can’t forget to LIVE!!! Explore and play! Create some space for fun.

Middle- The eagle invites us to spread our wings and fly high!! This bird can reach incredible heights and see the world from a larger perspective. When you break out of your cage and are inviting new opportunities into your life don’t forget the bigger picture. If we aren’t careful it is easy to get caught up in the small thinking. Life offers so many moments where we can choose to soar. Take the chance and feel the freedom.

Right- Have you ever attempted to swim upstream? It is tiresome and you don’t get far. When life is not going in the direction you want, keep flowing down stream. Set your intentions and be open to what may appear on your path. Sometimes when things don’t work out, it just means something more fitting is at play. As much as you can release the control, relax, and enjoy the ride. Everything always works out!
